Thank you for your participation in the Summer Tales Monologue presentation at Bed-Stuy Art House, the art and performance space of Changing Perceptions Theater.
This project is funded through the National Endowment of the Arts and partnership with MoCADA and the Black Theater Mechanics Collective, which Changing Perceptions Theater is a part of.
This document serves as an invoice and contract for your services.
Invoices will be submitted to MoCADA and National Endowment of the Arts on Monday August 29, 2022 and you will receive payment once it is processed by National Endowment of the Arts, roughly 14 days.
The contract is entered into by and between Changing Perceptions Theater, LLC (Producer) and the person/entity submitting this invoice (Artist), written below for the amount written below.
The specific items of this contract are as follows:
Artist will fulfill rehearsal process and present monologue at Bed-Stuy Art House on August 28, 2022.
Producer will provide full payment of amount of invoice below.
This Contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by both parties. This document and any attachments hereto constitute the entire agreement between both parties. The contract shall be binding upon the parties and shall be enforced under the laws of the state of New York.
